Broccoli Casserole

  • 1 8oz sour cream
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 10 oz broccoli (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 heaping tbsp mayo
  • 1 medium onion
  • 4 chicken breasts



Step 1

Broil and drain chicken. Place the chicken in a Kitchenaid blender with the paddle attachment and turn on for 2 minutes to shred chicken.

Add remaining ingredients to a 3 quart cooking dish and mix thoroughly. Cook covered at 375 for 30 minutes. Serve with rice.
