Ingredients
- 2 Italian sweet sausages (without casing), browned and chopped
- 2/3 pot water
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 bag dried lentils
- few spoons of leftover spaghetti sauce
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Brown sausage in a little oil and whiz in food processor. Bring the water to a boil. Add next 3 ingredients, and let cook for between 2 and 3 hours. Add sausage, sauce, and salt and pepper. Enjoy with Italian bread for dipping!
