CREAM SAUCE FOR SWEDISH MEATBALLS

Ingredients

  • 1 ⁄8 pint cream
  • 1 ⁄4 pint beef stock
  • 1 ⁄2 tablespoon soy sauce, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon white flour
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • salt
  • white pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Swirl out the pan with boiling beef stock.
Add the cream.
Add the flour mixed with approx 1 table spoon of water.
Add the seasonings.
Simmer until the sauce thickens.
Serve with Swedish meatballs.
