Ingredients
- 2 8oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 t lemon juice
- 1 t vanilla
- 12 vanilla wafers
- 1 14oz can cherry pie filling
Preparation
Step 1
Mix softened cream cheese, sugar, egg, lemon juice and vanilla in a bowl. Place wafer in bottom of cupcake paper. Spoon cream cheese mixture 3/4 full. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool. Top with cherry topping. Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve.
