Ingredients
- 1/4 c. light mayo
- 3 T. skim milk
- 1/8 c. water
- 2 t. white wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 t. dried oregano
- 1/4 t. dried basil
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
