Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup Olive Oil (can also use canola oil)
  • 1/4 Cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves of garlic, smashed
  • 1 Tbs honey
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in container with lid. Secure lid, then shake vigorously for at least a minute, until thoroughly combined. Store in refrigerator until you use it, shaking a bit before each use. If you want, you can remove the garlic clove after the dressing has sat in the fridge overnight.
