Ingredients
- 3 or 4 chicken breast, halved, boned, skinned
- Salt to taste
- Paprika
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 6 to 8 thin cooked ham slices
- 1/2 cup sherry or 1/4 cup white wine
Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle chicken with salt and paprika. Place ham slices in a shallow 9x9 baking dish. Top with chicken. Combine remaining ingredients, blending well. Pour over chicken. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Serve with brown or white rice.
