Ingredients

  • 6 qt. pot
  • 1/2 C oil- place in pan and heat up
  • 4 pieces (3 lb.) flanken
  • 8-12 potatoes (grated) except 2-3 potatoes sliced into thin pieces
  • i large onion, shredded
  • 2 eggs
  • salt/pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Place meat in the pan.

place grated potatoes/onion mixture on top.

Place the thin potato slices on top.

Bake at 350 for one hour. (can be thursday night)
Before Shabbos:

Pour 1 cup of chicken broth on mixyure. Place in oven before Shabbos on 225-250 for the whole night.
