Ingredients
- 100 g margarine
- 160 ml spar castor sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups self raising flour
- 60 ml milk
- 5 ml vanilla essence

Preparation
Step 1
Cream the margarine and sugar together.
Add the eggs.
Add only dry ingredients and then milk and vanilla essence.
Bake at about 200C for 10-12 minutes.
