Ingredients
- Directions:
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/6 bunch fresh parsley, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 5 chicken drumsticks
- In a bowl, combine the buttermilk, olive oil, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper with a whisk.
Preparation

Pour the mixture into a freezer bag with 5 chicken drumsticks. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
When you are ready to cook the next day:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Use a casserole dish and line the chicken in the pan. Pour the extra sauce into the pan with the chicken then roast for 30-45 minutes.
