Ingredients

  • Casserole:
  • 1 - 40 oz can of Sweet Potatoes or 3 lbs
  • 1 1/2 cups of Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 3/4 stick Butter
  • 2 - Eggs (slightly beaten)
  • 1 cup Evaporated Milk
  • Topping:
  • 3/4 cups Brown Sugar
  • 3/4 stick Butter (melted)
  • 1 cup Corn Flakes (crushed)
  • 1/2 cup Pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all casserole ingredients together and bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes.

While casserole is cooking, add all topping ingredients together.

When casserole is done, remove from oven and finish off with topping mixture.

Return to oven till browned (around 10 minutes)
