Ingredients
- Casserole:
- 1 - 40 oz can of Sweet Potatoes or 3 lbs
- 1 1/2 cups of Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 3/4 stick Butter
- 2 - Eggs (slightly beaten)
- 1 cup Evaporated Milk
- Topping:
- 3/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 3/4 stick Butter (melted)
- 1 cup Corn Flakes (crushed)
- 1/2 cup Pecans
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all casserole ingredients together and bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes.
While casserole is cooking, add all topping ingredients together.
When casserole is done, remove from oven and finish off with topping mixture.
Return to oven till browned (around 10 minutes)
