Ingredients
- 2-3 lbs Salmon
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar (packed)
- 4 Tbsp Melted butter
- 3 Tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp Dry white wine or water
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine all ingredients except fish.
2. Place fish in pan and pour marinade over fish.
3. Marinate for 1/2hour-6 hours.
4. Preheat oven to 400.
5. Uncover pan and bake for 15-20 minutes, basting every 5 minutes.
