Passover Chocolate chip cin cake

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 stick butter
• 1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp matzo cake meal
• 3/4 cup plus 6 tbsp potato starch
• 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 8 oz sour cream
• 1 tbsp vanilla
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350. Spray pan. Cream the butter and sugar. Add the eggs & mix well. Mix 1/2 of the following: sour cream, cake meal & potato starch and all baking soda. Then mix the remaining sour cream, cake meal and potato starch. Add vanilla. Then add the chips. Pour half of the batter into the pan. Combine 1/3 cup sugar with 1 tsp of cinnamon. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar on top of the batter and marbleize it with a knife. Add the remaining batter and repeat the step with the cinnamon sugar. Bake for 50 -60 minutes
