Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c mayonnaise
- 1 T capers
- 1 tsp. of old bay seasoning or seafood magic
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 scallion thinly sliced
- 2 pre-cooked salmon fillets
- 1 egg beaten
- 3/4 c fish fry or panko crumbs
- 6 dashes of hot sauce
- 1/4 c remoulade sauce

Step 1
. make the remoulade sauce and set aside
. combine the rest of the ingredients and add in 1/4c of the remoulade
form into cakes and fry on both sides until golden brown serve with some of the remaining remoulade sauce
