BREAST - Boneless Buffalo Chicken Bites (Actifry)

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cubed boneless skinless chicken breast
  • generous pinch kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 - 2 teaspoons homemade Spicy Dry Hot Wings rub
  • 1/4 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon Frank's Red Hot Sauce, or to taste (Optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine lemon juice, olive oil, salt, tomato paste and dry rub, tasting as you add the dry rub until you achieve the desired level of heat and set aside to marinate for at least one hour and up to overnight.

Place the chicken in the Actifry bowl and set for 10 minutes.

When done, check heat level before tossing with a bit of Frank's and use in Buffalo Chicken Salad recipe.
