Mango-Rum Cocktail

  • 2 oz. gold rum
  • 1/2 oz. mango liqueur
  • 1/2 t. grenadine
  • 1/2 c. Champagne

Step 1

Place first three ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled half-way with ice.
Cover with lid and shake for 10 seconds
Strain into a Champagne flute.
Pour Champagne over a spoon (so colors do not mix) into flute
Garnish with mango slice
