Ingredients
- 8 oz. country ham or good deli ham, coarsely chopped
- 4 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 2 teaspoons whole grain mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 scallion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Pulse ham in a food processor until finely chopped. Transfer to a large bowl and mix in cream cheese, mayonnaise, hot sauce, mustard, and cayenne, if using. Fold in scallion and parsley; season with salt and pepper.
