Ingredients
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/3 c, butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/4 c, pecan halves
Preparation
Step 1
Combine ingredients and stir in pecans. pour into pastry lined pie plate. Cover edges of pie with foil. Bake 45 to 50 min. or until center is puffed and appears set. Cool on wire rack and frig after 2 hours.
