- 1 c mayonnaise
- 2 t grated onion
- 1 t Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 - 1/2 t hot sauce
- 8 oz block Monterey Jack cheese with peppers, shredded
- 8 oz block Colby cheese, shredded
- 4 oz jar diced Pimiento, drained

In LG. Owl combine mayo, onion, Worcestershire sauce & hot sauce. Stir in cheeses until blended; gently stir in pimientos. Store in refrigerator up to 1 week.
