Spicy Pimiento Cheese

Makes 4 cups.

Ingredients

  • 1 c mayonnaise
  • 2 t grated onion
  • 1 t Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 - 1/2 t hot sauce
  • 8 oz block Monterey Jack cheese with peppers, shredded
  • 8 oz block Colby cheese, shredded
  • 4 oz jar diced Pimiento, drained

Preparation

Step 1

In LG. Owl combine mayo, onion, Worcestershire sauce & hot sauce. Stir in cheeses until blended; gently stir in pimientos. Store in refrigerator up to 1 week.
