• 2 cloves of minced garlic
• 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
• 1/2 c a. c. vinegar
• 1/2 c lemon olive oil
• s/p

Step 1

. whisk together or blend all ingredients except olive oil, drizzle the oil in a little at a time

. 1 egg yolk or a couple of mayonnaise or Dijon mustard can be used for an emulsifier
