Bloody Mary Bacon Salt

  • 3 slices of thick bacon
  • 1/2 tbl kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 TBL Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 1/2 TBL ground coriander
  • 1 tsp celery salt



Step 1

Cook bacon until crisp. Add all other ingredients into mini food processor and grind until all are uniformly ground. 6 to 8 times. Store in an airtight container at room temp for up to 1 week.

Rim glass with lime juice then dip into Bacon Salt.
