Ingredients
- 16 hard boiled eggs
- 2 cups distilled white vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/3 cup of water
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 1 tablespoon mixed pickling spices
- 1 tablespoon sliced ginger root
Preparation
Step 1
Pack shelled eggs into sealer jars with garlic. Combine remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes. Let cool, Strain and pour over eggs. Let stand for 4 days before using.
