- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 1/2 cups fresh orange juice
- 2 large bananas, peeled and frozen
- 1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries, raspberries, or a combination
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 1 cup ice
