Chunky Parsley Chummus

Ingredients

  • 14oz can Chick peas
  • Handful Parsley leaves
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Ground cumin
  • 3 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 4 Tbsp Water
  • 4 Tbsp Techina paste
  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

1. Drain and rinse the garbanzo beans, setting aside a few to use as garnish.
2. Place in a food processor together with the parsley, garlic, salt, and cumin. Blend until chunky.
3. Stir in lemon juice, water, techina paste, and olive oil.
