Red Potatoes and Onions

Ingredients

  • 4 red potatoes, cut in wedges
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • Adobo
  • Fresh Parsley
  • olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

-Preheat oven ton350°
-Put all ingredients listed in a mix bowl. Use enough olive oil to coat all potatoes, season to taste with adobo and fresh parsley.
-On a foil lined pan, evenly spread out potato mixture ensuring not to overlap potatoes.
-Place in the oven and cook for 40-60 minutes
