Ingredients
- chicken from roasted bird
- butter
- minced garlic 3
- shallots 2
- parsley
- thyme
- oregano
- salt & pepper
- 1 tsp tomatoe paste
- 1 cup red wine
- 1 cup chicken broth
- mushrooms
- bacon pieces
- water & flour
Preparation
Step 1
saute garlic & mushrooms & shallots in butter
when soft add spices & bacon
then add wine & broth
simmer
thicken sauce with water/flour mixture
add in roasted chicken pieces
