Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c mayonnaise
- 1 T capers
- 1 tsp. old bay seasoning or Paul Prudomme's seafood magic
- 1/2 tsp. garlic minced
- 2 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 scallion finely chopped
- 2 precooked salmon fillets
- 1 egg beaten
- 3/4 c fish fry
- 6 dashes hot sauce
- 1/4 c remoulade sauce (to be mixed into the cake)

Step 1
. mix all the ingredients together and form into a cake and fry until golden brown on both sides
