Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • green onions
  • 1/2 tsp spicy brownmustard
  • paprika
  • salt
  • vinegar
  • pepper

Preparation

Step 1

-Place eggs in a pot with enough water to cover the eggs. Add salt and a dash of vinegar. Cook eggs for 10 minutes after boiling.
-Once done immediately put eggs in cold water for 5 minutes and peel
-Cut the eggs in half long way, scooping yolk out and into a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste, mayo, onion and mustard to yolk. Mix well.
-Put the mixture in the bottom of a sandwich bag and cut the tip. Squeeze the mixture into the egg whites.
-Sprinkle with paprika. Serve!
