Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon each garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. 1 pound sliced, skinless, boneless chicken breast
- 1 thinly sliced red pepper
- 1 thinly sliced yellow peppers
- 1 cubed mango
- Tortillas, avocado and sour cream for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine paprika garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Set aside. Heat wok over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon oil and sliced chicken breast. Cook for 3 minutes, or until no longer pink. Remove chicken from wok and add red and yellow bell peppers. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring often. Return chicken to wok with spice mixture and mango; heat for 1 minute. Spoon onto warmed tortillas. Serve with avocado and sour cream.
