Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb. carrots
  • 1/4 lb snow peas
  • 1 T butter
  • 2 T sesame seeds
  • 1/2 t garlic
  • 2 T chives
  • 1 T soy sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Slice carrots into julienne 1 1/2" long. Slice snow peas into 1/4" strips. Place carrots in boiling water & simmer 4 min. Add peas, cook 2 min.

In large skillet, melt butter, add sesame seeds. Cook untill lightly browned. Add garlic, carrots, snow peas, chives & soy sauce. Cook 1 min.
