Thai Curry Shrimp Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 pound medium shrimp
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1-1/2 cup Kikkoman Thai Yellow Curry Sauce
  • Hot cooked rice

Preparation

Step 1

Shell, de-vein shrimp. Heat oil in hot wok or large skillet over high heat. Add shrimp and stir-fry until shrimp turn pink.
Add peppers and onion, stir-fry 4 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Add Thai Yellow Curry Sauce, stirring until sauce boils. Serve with rice.
