- 1 T corn syrup
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 2 T bourbon or 1T vanilla
- 1/4 c buttermilk
- 1 T butter
- 1/2 c heavy cream
- 1/4 c water

Step 1
. combine the sugar, water, corn syrup in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until caramelized, turn off heat immediately and stir in the rest of the ingredients
