Ingredients
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 lb skirt steak
- 1 tbsp fresh black pepper
- salt to taste
Preparation
Step 1
-In a large mixing bowl, combine all marinade ingredients and whisk together. Add skirt steak and toss in marinade until all pieces are coated evenly. Cover bowl and let sit at room temperature.
-Remove steak from marinade. Season with fresh ground black pepper and salt. Cook about 3 minutes per side on very hot grill.
