Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups grated carrots
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- Frosting
- 1/2 cup soft butter
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 pkg powdered sugar
- 2 tsp milk

Preparation
Step 1
1 1/2 cups oil
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
(beat all these ingredients together)
Mix together:
2 tsp cinnamon
2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
Then mix all together with
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups grated carrots
1 cup chopped nuts
Bake 45-60 mins at 350 degrees
Let cake cool and then frost with cream cheese frosting
