Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups grated carrots
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • Frosting
  • 1/2 cup soft butter
  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 pkg powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp milk

Preparation

Step 1

1 1/2 cups oil
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
(beat all these ingredients together)

Mix together:

2 tsp cinnamon
2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt

Then mix all together with
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups grated carrots
1 cup chopped nuts

Bake 45-60 mins at 350 degrees

Let cake cool and then frost with cream cheese frosting
