Ingredients
- Brisket
- Onion
- Mushrooms
- Ketchup
- Red wine
- Bay leaf
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 jar gravy
- Allspice
- Potatoes. Cut up
- Carrots
Preparation
Step 1
Place brisket with fat side up into pot
Place all ingredients in pot except vegetables
Cook for 2 hours on medium low heat
Remove brisket and let stand for 10 minutes then trim fat and slice place back into pot add vegetables and cook about another hour till vets are tender
