Upside Down Banana Cake

Ingredients
- 4 =5 ripe bananas, mashed
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2-3 bananas, sliced

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix bananas, eggs, oil, sugar and cinnamon in bowl. Add flour and mix. Set aside.
Melt butter and add brown sugar. Pour into square cake pan. Top with sliced bananas. Add cake mix. Bake for 40-50 minutes. Cool and flip over onto cake dish.
