Ingredients
- Cookie Dough Layer:
- 1/2 c butter, soft
- 3/4 c brown sugar, tightly packed
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 t vanilla
- 2 c flour
- 14 oz sweet cond milk
- 2 c mini choc chips
- Peanut Butter Layer:
- 1 c smooth peanut butter
- 1/2 c powdered sugar
- Chocolate Layer:
- 12 oz milk choc chips
- 1/2 c heavy cream (opt)
Preparation
Step 1
1. Spray 9 x 9 pan with cooking spray and line with parchment paper.
2. Make cookie dough layer by using hand mixer to cream together butter and brown sugar in mixing bowl. Mix in salt and vanilla. Slowly mix in flour and sweet cond milk, alternating between the two. Stir in choc chips. Press into prepared pan.
3. Make the peanut butter layer by using hand mixer to cream peanut butter and powd sugar in mixing bowl. Gently spread mix over dough layer.
4. Make choc layer by putting into microwave safe bowl (for softer choc layer pour in heavy cream). Microwave 15 seconds at a time, stir between until smooth & melted. Pour over pb layer immediately and smooth out.
5. Refrig. 4 hours before slicing
