• 1 pkg Pillsbury Angel Food Cake mix
• 1-20 oz can crushed pineapple, in own juice
• 1 t coconut flavoring
• 1 t rum extract
• whipped topping

Preparation

Step 1

dump all ingredients into 9 x 13" pan, sprayed with cooking spray. (or alternatively, dump ingredients into a large mixing bowl). Stir until smooth. Bake in preheated 350 oven for 40-45 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. To serve: cut in squares and top with whipped topping
