SPICY BAKED FISH

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mild or medium salsa
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 1/3 cup chopped green pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • Dash pepper
  • 1 lb cod fillets

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except cod fillets. Place fish in a shallow casserole dish; spoon sauce over top.

Bake at 425F for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
