Ingredients
- 1 lb broccoli
- 2 T vegetable oil
- 1 small minced clove
- 1 1/2 lb scallops or shrimp
- 1/2 lb sliced mushrooms
- 2 T soy sauce
- 2 T sherry, white wine or water
- 1 T cornstarch

Preparation
Step 1
Cut broccoli stems/flowers in small pieces. In skillet heat oil and add broccoli and garlic. Stir fry for 3 minutes. Add scallops and mushrooms and fry for 3 minutes. Combine the rest and stir. Add to skillet and cool until thickens.
