Cheese Chips

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb cheddar, provolone, or edam cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 t paprika powder
  • parchment paper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400
Place the cheese slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle paprika on top and bake for 8-10 minutes depending on how thick the slices are.
Pay attention towards the end of cooking that the cheese doesn't burn.
Let cool.
Serve with guacamole
