Ingredients
- 1 (15-ounce) can sliced beets, drained
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 whole cloves
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium-sized saucepan, bring all the ingredients to a boil over high heat. Remove from the heat and allow to cool completely.
Transfer to an airtight container and chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
