Ingredients
- 1/4 c butter
- 1 box Vanilla Wafers, crushed
- 1 1/4 sticks butter
- 2 sq chocolate, unsweetened
- 3 egg yolks, beaten
- 2 c powdered sugar
- 1/2 gal ice cream, vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Add 1/4 c butter to crushed wafers (whole box minus 1 cup, reserved) Spread in baking dish
Filling:
Melt 1 1/4 sticks butter in double boiler with chocolate. Add beaten egg yolks and powdered sugar.
Remove from heat. Pour over crumbs in dish. Cool until firm. Soften ice cream and spread over chocolate. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Freeze. Remove 10 minutes before serving.
