Quick Apple Dessert

Cindy's recipe "Very good!"

Ingredients

• 1 pkg Jiffy yellow cake mix
• 1 1/3 c flaked coconut
• 4 T melted margarine
• 1/2 t cinnamon
• 1-21 oz apple pie filling
• ice cream (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine cake mix, coconut, cinnamon. Stir in melted margarine. Press 2/3 of mixture into ungreased 8 x 8 x 2 pan; spread with pie filling. Crumble remaining mixture over filling. Bake 350 for about 55 minutes (?) Serve warm or cooled. Top with ice cream.
