- 2 lb ground beef, browned with
- 1 med onion, diced
- 1 can whole corn, drained
- 1 can kidney beans, drained
- 45 oz (3 small cans) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 lb Mexican Velveeta, cut in chunks
- Fritos
- Corn bread

Preparation
Step 1
Brown beef with onion. Add corn, beans and tomatoes. Simmer. Add velveeta. Serve with Fritos and corn bread. USE LARGE POT
