- 1/8 tsp. minced ginger
- 1 tsp. peanut oil
- 4 oz. lean flank steak, sliced
- 1/2 cup sliced shiitake mushrooms
- 1/2 cup snow peas
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup sliced canned water chestnuts
- 1 tbsp.
- Asian stir-fry sauce
- 10 peanuts chopped.
Heat garlic and ginger in oil until fragrant; add steak, vegetables, and water chestnuts.
Stir fry until beef is cooked through and vegetables are tender; stir in sauce and sprinkle with peanuts.
