- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 2/3 Tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 4 (6-oz)skin-on salmon fillets
- 4 tsp fresh lime juice
Preheat oven to 425F. Rub oil and Old Bay Seasoning over both sides of salmon and tranfer, skin sides down, to a baking dish or ovenproof skillet. Bake until just cooked through, about 10 min. Sprinkle with lime juice before serving.
