Ingredients

  • 1

    lb. cooked scallops

  • 1-4 oz can mushroom bits, drained

  • 1/4

    c butter or margarine

  • 1/4

    c flour

  • 1

    t salt

  • 1/2

    t dry mustard

  • dash pepper

  • 2

    c milk

  • 2

    T chopped parsley

  • grated parmesan cheese

  • paprika

Directions

Saute scallops in butter 5-10 minutes. Cut in half. Fry mushrooms in butter 5 minutes. Blend in flour/seasonings. Add milk gradually. Cook until thick, stirring. Add scallops and parsley. Place in 6-8 greased individual shells or custard cups. Sprinkle with cheese/paprika Bake 400 for 10-15 minutes until cheese browns
