- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 c white wine
- 1/3 c honey
- 1/4 c dijon

Preparation
Step 1
sprinkle pork with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large skillet over med-high heat. Add pork cook 3 minutes on each side.
Remove from pan
Add wine, honey ad mustard to pan. Bring to boil, cook 3 minutes.
Ad pork, reduce heat and simmer 12 minutes.
